Support for the SDK is provided by PACT Consulting and is free of charge. This free support is limited to bugs and errors with the SDK itself, or with the myTrack™ service. As an added service to SDK Developers, we offer 'per incident support'. For those problems that are not included with the free SDK support, and the resources below cannot help resolve the issue, PACT Consulting's developers will work with you to solve the problem. The cost for this service is: • $75 per incident for 1/2 hour of telephone support
• $500 for 5 hour package (10 incidents)
